Package includes:

  • One (1) Clickable Web Logo on the Tornado Radio Website (Premium Placement Prioritization)
  • Four (4) Featured Calendar Events per Month
  • One (1) Mid-Roll Podcast Ad per Season (Production not included)
  • One (1) "Soft" Host Mention on the Podcast per Season
  • One (1) Newsletter or Blog Mention per Season
  • One (1) Text-Link on the Tornado Radio Website Partner Page
  • Technical Requirements

    Web Placement:

    1. A download link to a quality jpg or gif of your logo (square format). Note: Offsized images may be cropped to fit the placements. Please do not send email attachments.
    2. A click-through link.

    Featured Calendar Events:

    1. Name of featured artist of each event
    2. Location of each event (venue name and physical address)
    3. Date and time of each event
    4. A brief description of each event (under 250 characters)
    5. Website and/or event ticket links
    6. A download link to one (1) relevant image for each event (such as an artist or venue logo, artist or venue image, etc). Please provide in jpg or gif format. Please do not send email attachments.

    Podcast Advertising (Mid-Roll)

    1. A download link to one (1) or two (2) pre-produced audio advertisements (60 seconds in total length) for your venue, product, or service in either mp3 or wav format. Please do not send email attachments.
    2. Relevant weblink(s) for inclusion in podcast text description(s).

    Partner Text-Link:

    1. Name of Business

    2. Click-through URL for text-link

    If we do not receive the required information from you, we will be unable to meet our obligations to you. Please provide all necessary elements as soon as possible.

    Email assets to including "Ad Submission" and your venue name in the subject line of the email. Allow at least one week to implement any ad campaigns.

    We will not be held responsible for campaigns where the assets were not provided on time or in the correct formats.
